Tiny bubbles in my wine, they do make me feel happy and they make me feel fine. Fizzy cocktails are as fun as they sound! People tend to call any cocktail that is fizzy, a Champagne Cocktail. To be fair, unless it has actual Champagne in the recipe, it should more be called a Sparkling Cocktail or a Fizzy Cocktail. In this recipe, I am going to use an affordable Spanish Cava so my recipe is going to be named –  the Classic Cava Cocktail. It’s easy to make. I feel very happy when I am drinking one of these.

Ingredients – makes one glass
1 sugar cube
Angostura bitters
Dry sparkling wine (in this case CVNE Cava Brut)
Lemon peel
Soak the sugar cube in 2 -3 drops of Angostura bitters. Put the sugar cube in a flute shaped glass. Fill the glass with CVNE Cava Brut and garnish with some lemon peel
